產品活性：Paclitaxel 是一種天然抗腫瘤藥，可穩定微管蛋白 (tubulin) 的聚合。Paclitaxel 可導致有絲分裂停滯和誘導細胞凋亡 (apoptosis)，最終導致細胞死亡。Paclitaxel 還可誘導細胞自噬 (autophagy)。
體外：Paclitaxel (20 nM；48 h) 誘導程序性細胞死亡，并在細胞周期的 G2/M 期存在阻滯[1]。 Paclitaxel (20 nM；48 hours) 誘導 p53 水平的持續增加[1]。 MCE尚未獨立證實這些方法的準確性。僅供參考。
