齒輪油泵的使用說明：
1.普通型適用于輸送粘度為1~8°E的礦物油和各種性質相近的液體，在油溫為10℃~50℃的油中工作。不銹鋼型可輸送多種腐蝕性液體。高溫型可承受180℃。
2.白天靠近油箱，吸入高度一般不大于500mm。如果超過500mm，則根據圖紙安裝底部閥門。該裝置單獨配備。
3.固定時應無松動，以防振動。
4.為保護泵的正常運行和使用壽命，傳動采用彈性聯軸器，泵的中間誤差不大于0.2mm。
5.為確保長期使用，泵送的油要清潔，無腐蝕性物質和機械雜質。泵吸入口應配備過濾器。
6.使用時，應按照后蓋上箭頭指示的方向旋轉。換向會影響泵的工作性能。
