LIT電磁脈沖閥亦稱隔膜閥或膜片閥,分為直角式和淹沒式兩種,直角式電磁脈沖閥是,脈沖袋式除塵器清灰噴吹系統的壓縮空氣“開關”,而淹沒式則閥體進氣口淹沒在氣包內，直接受電信號控制的膜片閥,受脈沖控制儀輸出信號的控制，對濾袋逐排噴吹清灰，使除塵器阻力保持在設定的范圍之內，以保持除塵器的處理能力和收塵效率

膜片把電磁脈沖閥分為前、后二個氣室，當接通壓縮空氣時，壓縮空氣通過節流孔進入后氣室，此時后氣室壓力將膜片組件緊貼閥的輸出口，電磁脈沖閥處于“關閉”狀態。脈沖噴吹控制儀的電信號使電磁脈沖閥銜鐵后移，閉后氣室放氣孔打開，后氣室迅速失壓，膜片組件后移，壓縮空氣通過閥輸出口噴吹，電磁脈沖閥處于“開啟”_狀態。脈沖噴吹控制議電信號消失，電磁脈沖閥銜鐵復位，后氣室放氣孔關閉，后氣室壓力升高是膜片組件緊貼閥的輸出口，電磁脈沖閥又處于“關閉”狀態。

1.直角型電磁脈沖閥其進出口之間的夾角為90°，它適合于儲氣筒與除塵器噴吹管的安裝連接。氣流暢通，能提供符合要求的清灰氣脈沖。

2.淹沒型電磁脈沖閥采用淹沒于氣包中的安裝方法，故稱淹沒式。它與其他結構形式比較，減少了流通阻力，降低了噴吹氣源壓力，因而能適用于壓力低的場合，且可降低能源消耗和延長膜片壽命。
