應用：用于誘導小鼠的膠原誘導性關節炎（CIA）和大鼠的佐劑誘導性關節炎（AIA）。

乳化：使用電動均質器與等體積的膠原乳化。建議不要使用注射器-注射器方法制備膠原-CFA乳液以誘導關節炎，但可用于獲取抗血清。
