產品描述
是一種高效的IGF-1R抑制劑，其IC50為86 nM。在細胞水平對IGF-1R的選擇性是InsR的27倍以上。能夠抑制移植瘤IGF-1R信號傳導在并能顯著降低IGF-IR的誘導纖維肉瘤在體內的生長 [1]。特異性的抑制TC-71細胞中IGF-I介導的細胞生長和信號傳導，并抑制肉瘤細胞系細胞周期進程并誘導G1期阻滯 [2]。抑制IGF-Ⅱ介導的IGF-IR和Akt通路, 除了抑制細胞生長外，也能誘導體外細胞的凋亡。口服能抑制成神經細胞移植瘤裸鼠腫瘤的生長 [3]。以時間和劑量依賴的方式抑制PC3，DU145和22RV1細胞系細胞增殖并減弱細胞活力，也能增強電離輻射對PTEN野生型前列腺癌細胞的作用，而對PTEN缺失細胞沒有效果 [4]。 和??afatinib聯用能協同抑制多數胰腺癌細胞的生長 [5]。
