PNOZ系列繼電器，PILZ繼電器，皮爾磁繼電器特點如下：
德國皮爾磁PILZ提供給您安全、經濟并且可靠的自動化功能解決方案。組裝新的組件，形成一套可以應用于整個行業的完整解決方案。
Pilz推出了緊湊型安全繼電器PNOZ s4.1。PNOZ s4.1根據EN 954-1zui高可達安全等級4級，擁有通用電源電壓，可接入48-240V的交直流作為電源回路，帶有3個安全常開觸點，1個輔助常閉觸點以及1個半導體輸出。
PNOZ s4.1與其他PNOZ sigma系列安全繼電器相類似，在zui小的尺寸中實現了zui多的安全功能。PNOZ sigma安全繼電器符合標準并通過了各項認證，PNOZ sigmazui高可達EN954-1安全等級4級，EN ISO 13849-1性能等級e以及IEC 62061安全完整性等級SIL3。同時由于其緊湊的體積，PNOZsigma以zui小的寬度帶來zui多的功能，實現zui少的空間占用以及安裝便利性。區別于市場上其他同類安全繼電器，PNOZsigma上的6個LED指示燈可用于顯示切換和故障狀態，能實現zui快速的故障診斷以及zui短的停機時間。
PILZ繼電器，皮爾磁繼電器特是由數個繼電器與電路組合而成，為的是要能互補彼此的異常缺陷，達到正確且低誤動作的繼電器完整功能，使其失誤和失效值愈低，、39529829安全因素則愈高，因此需設計出多種安全繼電器以保護不同等級機械，主要目標在保護暴露於不同等級之危險性的機械操作人員。
PILZ安全繼電器與一般繼電器的主要差別在哪里? 所謂“PILZ安全繼電器”并不是“*的繼電器”，而是發生故障時做出有規則的動作，它具有強制導向接點結構，萬一發生接點熔結現象時也能確保安全，這一點同一般繼電器*不同
PILZ安全電路的要求: 1、在緊急停止解除時，機器不能出現突然再啟動
2、萬一機器安全電路發生故障時，可以停止機器動力電源
3、安全電路發生故障時，機器不能再啟動
像安全開關、光幕等確認安全的輸入，無法做到上述功能，那么，怎樣才能做到安全電路呢？時候雙重電路就可以了？
A:單靠雙重化是不行的。
雙重化是必要的，但是除此之外，比備如下幾個條件，雙重化電路的互相檢查，確認所有安全電路已經斷開一次，必要時由作業者操作便可以啟動等條件。還有從另一個角度來說，輸入的開關接線短路或電線外皮破損而引起的接地的可能性時，必須預防因此而引起的機器突然啟動。
實際上，為了方便安全電路的構成，將安全繼電器和其他組件組合配套，把基本的緊急停止電路、安全電路組成電路模塊的產品稱為安全繼電器模塊。
PILZ繼電器，皮爾磁繼電器特一般由鐵芯、線圈、銜鐵、觸點簧片等組成的。只要在線圈兩端加上一定的電壓，線圈中就會流過一定的電流，從而產生電磁效應，銜鐵就會在電磁力吸引的作用下克服返回彈簧的拉力吸向鐵芯，從而帶動銜鐵的動觸點與靜觸點（常開觸點）吸合。當線圈斷電后，電磁的吸力也隨之消失，銜鐵就會在彈簧的反作用力返回原來的位置，使動觸點與原來的靜觸點（常閉觸點）吸合。這樣吸合、釋放，從而達到了在電路中的導通、切斷的目的。對于繼電器的“常開、常閉”觸點，可以這樣來區分：繼電器線圈未通電時處于斷開狀態的靜觸點，稱為“常開觸點”；處于接通狀態的靜觸點稱為“常閉觸點”。
