INTEGRAL HYDRAULIK GmbH & Co. KG, founded in 1959, is today an efficient
international manufacturer of hydraulic units and systems, oil supply units
and test stands. The company employs almost half of its employees in
engineering – in accordance with our philosophy of an " engineering office
with manufacturing attached". The company is based in Willich near Düsseldorf.
There are other national and international subsidiaries. The emphasis of the
business activity is on engineering and the manufacture of hydraulic units
and systems for industrial applications. Our customers include well- known

foundry and coking technology, the wood, paper and printing industry as well as businesses
from the hydraulic steel construction sector. In addition, we design and
manufacture test stands for the automotive industry, eg so-called oil
conditioning test stands （hot/cold, -40 to +150 °C） for testing gearboxes
and camshaft timing adjustment mechanisms. For the railway industry we
developed and manufactured a points test stand for function tests on actuators.
For the bores of the Elbe Tunnel we manufactured a special test stand for
the simulation of the occurring forces. The range of services and items
supplied also covers the in-plant manufacture of components such as cylinders,
control manifolds, pressure limiting valves and press safety valves, internal
gear pumps and hydraulic accumulator safety blocks. INTEGRAL HYDRAULIK operates
worldwide. Installation, installation supervision and commissioning are
regularly performed by our own experienced and qualified personnel. Furthermore,
our high quality standards are guaranteed by our certification in accordance
with DIN EN ISO 9001 as well as regular further training of our employees.
