- Higher mechanical strength than unsupported nitrocellulose with a protein binding capacity of 125 µg/cm2.
- Chemically stable allowing the use of a range of solvents for rapid destaining.
- 0.45 µm pore size.
操作說明如下：
The higher physical strength of Hybond™-P gives it significant handling advantages over unsupported nitrocellulose and makes it ideal for stripping and reprobing. Hybond™-P must be wetted in 100% methanol then soaked in distilled water before use.
