β-Glucanase Assay Kit (Malt and Microbial) 

Azo-Barley Glucan Substrate. For the measurement and analysis of malt and bacterial β-glucanase and endo-1,4-β-glucanase.

1,3-β-Glucazyme Tablets

For the assay of endo-1,3-β-D-glucanase (laminarinase). Containing AZCL-Pachyman; a 1,3-β-D-glucan.

AZCL-Pachyman

Substrate for the assay of endo-1,3-β-D-glucanase.

AZCL-Curdlan

Substrate for the assay of endo-1,3-β-D-glucanase.

Azo-CM-Cellulose (Powder)

Substrate for the specific measurement of endo-1,4-β-D-glucanase (cellulase).

2-Chloro-4-nitrophenyl-β-(1,3:1,4)-glucotetraoside

Purity: > 97%. A colourimetric substrate for the measurement of lichenase (endo-1,3:1,4-β-D-glucanase) activity.

CM-Curdlan

Curdlan (a 1,3-β-D-glucan) carboxymethylated to an extent of DS ~ 0.4 with chloroacetic acid.

CM-Pachyman

Carboxymethylated, (DS ~ 0.2) highly purified pachyman. A soluble/gelatinous substrate for the assay of endo-1,3-β-D-glucanase.

Curdlan

Purity: > 95%. 1,3-β-D-Glucan. For the assay of endo-1,3-β-D-glucanase.
