HRP（Horse radish Peroxidase，辣根過氧化物酶）是一種含亞鐵血紅素的蛋白質(zhì)，廣泛分布于植物界，它是由無色的酶蛋白和棕色的鐵卟啉結(jié)合而成的糖蛋白，糖含量18%，分子量達(dá)44000 kDa。HRP易提取、價格低廉、性質(zhì)穩(wěn)定，耐熱及有機(jī)溶劑，與抗原或一抗偶聯(lián)后，活性很少受損失，在免疫學(xué)實驗中廣泛應(yīng)用。
