特點：在真空、負壓、零壓時能正常工作，但通徑一般不超過25mm。
安全性：
1、腐蝕性介質：宜選用塑料王電磁閥和全不銹鋼；對于強腐蝕的介質必須 選用隔離膜片式。
2、爆炸性環境：必須選用相應防爆等級產品，露天安裝或粉塵多場合應選 用防水，防塵品種。
3、電磁閥公稱壓力應超過管內zui高工作壓力。
適用性1、介質特性
1）、質氣，液態或混合狀態分別選用不同品種的電磁閥，例ZQDF用于空氣，ZQDF—Y 用于液體， ZQDF—2（或-3）用于蒸汽，否則易引起誤動作。ZDF列多功能電磁 閥則可通通于氣、液體。介質溫度不同規格產品，否則線圈會燒掉，密封件老化，嚴重影響壽命。
2）、介質粘度，通常在50cSt以下。若超過此值，通徑大于15mm用ZDF系列多功能電磁閥作特殊訂貨。通徑小于15mm訂高粘度電磁閥。
3）、介質清潔度不高時都應在電磁閥前配裝反沖過濾閥，壓力低時尚可選用直動膜片式電磁閥作例如CD—P。 4）、介質若是定向流通，且不允許倒流ZDF—N和ZQDF—N單需用雙向流通，請作特殊要求提出。
5）介質溫度應選在電磁閥允許范圍之內
